Oracle of Sothis offers a lifetime warranty for eligible products marked with a Lifetime Warranty badge on the applicable product page. Eligibility is determined by the badge displayed at the time of purchase for that product. This warranty applies only to the instrument itself and does not apply to packaging, presentation boxes, inserts, certificates, printed materials, shipping materials, or any other accompanying items.

This warranty is transferable and is not limited to the original purchaser. A later owner may submit a warranty request, subject to authenticity verification and review under this policy. Transferability does not create coverage for counterfeit items, altered items, or items that cannot be verified as genuine Oracle of Sothis instruments.

This warranty covers documented structural damage to an eligible instrument when the damage results from an accidental incident during normal ownership and normal handling, provided authenticity is verified and no exclusion in this policy applies. Covered damage means a physical failure of the instrument that materially affects its structural integrity, core shape, or normal handling as an object. Depending on the instrument and the documented condition, covered damage may include a crack, break, split, separation of a manufactured part, severe deformation, or another comparable structural failure that goes beyond surface appearance.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cosmetic change from normal handling, storage, aging, or ownership. Excluded cosmetic conditions include scratches, scuffs, surface marks, micro marks, edge wear, finish wear, discoloration, oxidation, patina, tarnish, and similar visual changes that do not materially affect the structural integrity of the instrument.

This warranty does not cover any protective coat, clear coat, temporary coat, sacrificial coat, or similar protective surface layer that may be applied to certain instruments. Wear, peeling, flaking, lifting, softening, discoloration, removal, or loss of any such protective coat is not covered, whether partial or complete. For the avoidance of doubt, the presence, condition, or lifespan of a protective coat is not part of the lifetime warranty coverage.

This warranty does not cover packaging or presentation components under any circumstance, including boxes, sleeves, inserts, foam, pouches, certificates, cards, or other accessories, even if damaged during storage, handling, or transit.

This warranty does not cover lost items, stolen items, missing items, or items allegedly lost or stolen during ownership or transit to Oracle of Sothis unless otherwise required by applicable law. This warranty also does not cover damage caused by intentional acts, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, improper handling, exposure to chemicals or solvents, exposure to extreme heat, fire, water intrusion, saltwater exposure, third party repair attempts, polishing, sanding, engraving, plating, coating changes, reshaping, or any unauthorized alteration or modification.

Oracle of Sothis may deny a warranty request if the documented condition is consistent with intentional damage, misuse, abusive handling, fraudulent conduct, or tampering. If Oracle of Sothis determines that misuse, intentional abuse, tampering, or fraud has occurred, Oracle of Sothis may deny the request and revoke warranty coverage for that instrument.

To begin a warranty review, the current owner must submit a warranty request through the official website warranty form or by email to Oracle of Sothis support. The request must include clear photos, video documentation, and a written explanation describing the condition, how the damage occurred, and when the damage was first noticed. Oracle of Sothis may request additional photos, additional video, proof of purchase if available, prior ownership information, or other documentation reasonably required for review and authenticity verification.

Submission of a warranty request does not guarantee approval, repair, replacement, or coverage. All requests are subject to review by Oracle of Sothis. Oracle of Sothis reserves the right to determine whether an instrument is genuine, whether the reported condition is documented sufficiently, whether the damage is structural, whether the damage falls within coverage, and whether any exclusion applies. Oracle of Sothis may use internal records, production records, purchase history records, and proprietary authentication methods as part of its review.

Oracle of Sothis may request that the instrument be sent in for physical inspection before a final warranty decision is made, or before repair or replacement is processed. If shipment to Oracle of Sothis is requested, the customer must follow the shipping instructions provided by Oracle of Sothis, including any packaging and carrier requirements. Oracle of Sothis is not responsible for items sent before approval, items sent without a valid warranty request, or items sent contrary to provided shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the instrument to Oracle of Sothis for inspection, repair, or replacement processing. Customers also bear the risk of loss or damage in transit to Oracle of Sothis and are strongly encouraged to use tracked and insured shipping. If a warranty request is approved, Oracle of Sothis covers the shipping cost for sending the repaired instrument or replacement instrument back to the customer.

If a warranty request is approved, Oracle of Sothis may repair the instrument or replace it, depending on the documented condition and the circumstances of the request. The remedy is determined by Oracle of Sothis in its discretion after review. Factors that may affect the remedy include the nature and extent of the structural damage, authenticity status, serviceability of the instrument, and product availability.

If replacement is approved, Oracle of Sothis will replace the instrument with the same instrument. If the same instrument is temporarily unavailable, the customer may be required to wait until the same instrument becomes available for fulfillment. Oracle of Sothis does not guarantee immediate replacement availability for limited runs, reserved production schedules, or out of stock eligible instruments.

Any repaired or replacement instrument provided under this warranty remains subject to this policy. Oracle of Sothis may require return of the damaged instrument as a condition of replacement. A replacement under this warranty does not create a new product purchase and does not include packaging or accessory replacement unless Oracle of Sothis expressly states otherwise in writing.

This warranty provides repair or replacement as the sole remedy available under the Lifetime Instrument Warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law. Oracle of Sothis does not provide refunds, cash compensation, or credit under this warranty unless Oracle of Sothis elects to do so in writing.

Oracle of Sothis reserves the right to update warranty procedures, submission requirements, authentication methods, and review standards at any time. Any such updates will not remove lifetime warranty eligibility from products that were eligible at the time of purchase, provided the instrument is genuine and the request complies with the terms of this policy as applicable at the time of review, to the extent permitted by law.
